Public Law Project @ London Legal Walk 2026
Public Law Project
My Story
Thank you for supporting Public Law Project (PLP) at the 2026 London Legal Walk!
We will be taking on 10km on Tuesday 9 June to raise funds for PLP's work helping people who have experienced injustice at the hands of the state hold the power to account .
Our team is: PLP Plodders: Sarah Meredith, Hannah Moxsom, Alice Wood, Lydia Moursela, Selbi Durdiyeva, Ade Lukes, Victoria Pogge Von Strandmann, Yvonne, Tom Nathanial, Lauren Fox, Sue Wixley, Nicole Chen
By taking part in this walk our team is raising funds for the London Legal Support Trust, who are organising the event. The Trust have pledged to donate 100% of the funds we raise for them back to PLP, so every pound you donate in support will mean a pound going to Public Law Project.
Every day, people face unfair decisions by public bodies leading to devastating consequences for ordinary people’s lives. Without help, ordinary people lack the means to challenge unlawful decisions and hold the state to account. Unlawful decisions that go unchallenged can be repeated, leading to more people suffering, and a government without checks and balances
By donating to Public Law Project, you will help us to use the law to hold the government to account by challenging unlawful policies and decisions in court and help prevent future injustice bydriving change to ensure laws and policies are fair, rational, and lawful. With your support, we will work to amplify the voices of marginalised communities and strengthen the capacity of communities to use the law as a tool for change.
Please donate now to help us challenge injustice. With your support, together we will build a society that is just, inclusive, and fair.
