My Story

Thank you for supporting our team in fundraising for the 20th anniversary of the London Legal Walk. We will be walking 10km on Tuesday 18th June through London parks to support the most vulnerable in society to access life changing free legal advice.

Our team so far is: Robert Hush, Alan Russell, Cathy Evans, Rahima Akter, Mary Enabosi, Jasmina, Alexander, Cherry James, Elene Tsertsvadze

Our students, lecturers and friends are walking with  thousands of lawyers who are supporting free legal advice agencies. The London Legal Walk is the biggest fundraising event in aid of free legal advice and support for everything from Law Centres and Citizens Advice services to refugee support services.

We will meet on Tuesday 18th June at around 4pm outside the LSBU Law Clinic close to London Road/Georges Circus SE1 and at around 4:45pm at outside the main entrance of the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand

We look forward to walking with you and enjoying the street party at Chancery Lane after the walk is completed.

Over 13.4 million people live in poverty in the UK and advice providers are at a breaking point with the growing need from their clients. Many people cannot afford legal help and we believe everybody should be able to recieve legal advice when they need it most.

The London Legal Walk raises vital funds to ensure that legal help reaches our community's most vulnerable people. Receiving good legal advice at the right time can make a huge difference to people's lives.

Many thanks for your support.
