My Story

Thank you for supporting our team in fundraising for the 20th anniversary of the London Legal Walk. We will be walking 10km on Tuesday 18th June to support the most vulnerable in society to access life changing free legal advice.

Our team is: Jo Ellis, Sarah Sauvat, Shuhel Alom, Hien Dinh, Suna Mala, Fojorul Islam, Fatima Begum, Rej Haque, Ahssan Rumman, Ola Oresegun, Runa Matin, Amand Newbury + 3 volunteers

We are walking with the Lady Chief Justice and thousands of lawyers to raise funds for Island Advice Centre.

Island Advice Centre works within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets helping residents secure their statutory and legal rights, enabling them to improve their living standards and quality of life. Access to advice and advocacy is the core work of the organisation, helping people to stay above the poverty line, reduce stress and empower them to deal with their situations.

With the ongoing cost of living crisis, your support is needed more than ever. Please sponsor our walkers as generously as you are able.

Many thanks for your support.
