My Story

Thank you for supporting our team in fundraising for the 20th anniversary of the London Legal Walk. We will be walking 10km on Tuesday 18th June so that all of us can access life changing free legal advice. 

Our team is: Access Social Care - Lucy Gripper, Aidan, Janette Burton, Kari Gerstheimer, Serena Kashim, Louise Sweetland, Sian, Jean, Laura Peters, Emily Sherratt, Joanna, Ruma, Sarah, Cal

We are walking with the Lady Chief Justice and thousands of lawyers to raise funds for Access Social Care. Access Social Care provides free legal advice and information for people with social care needs, helping achieve a better quality of life.  

We work with communities to increase knowledge of the law and our rights. We highlight the gap left by cuts to Legal Aid and provide advice for those who can’t afford it.

With a 98% success rate, our network of lawyers and barristers ensure fair access to justice when things go wrong. We collaborate with social services whilst ensuring legal obligations are met.

We are working towards a future where social care is adequately funded, and we all get the support we need.
